Your arrival
If you have booked a stay without transport, we can arrange your transfer from the nearest train station or airport to the Resort (At extra cost).
Check-in at the Resort is 3pm and you will find our G.O team ready to welcome you with a smile. Should you arrive early, lunch can be arranged*.
Your ski pass is valid from the day after your arrival.
For our resorts in France, our recommended arrival day is Sunday, where you will experience less queues!
At the Resort reception, you will collect everything you need for your stay: your ski pass** and your Club Med digital wristband (or Club Med Pass*) which will serve as your room key, your ski locker key and also as a means of payment for additional services.
Sign into your account or download the My Club Med App so you can find the Facilitate Your Arrival forms. These allow you to prepare for check-in before you arrive.

Your equipment
Experience the convenience of the Club Med Ski Pro Shop® where you can rent your equipment from a shop located within the Resort while receiving valuable advice from our knowledgeable G.Os®.
Rest assured that you will be provided with top-notch gear tailored to your skill level, carefully chosen from the latest models and premium brands available in the market.
If you've taken advantage of our Facilitate Your Arrival* service, your equipment will be conveniently waiting for you in your designated ski locker within the Ski Room, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free start to your skiing adventure!

We understand that time constraints may arise, so if you need to catch a flight, we are pleased to offer a convenient take-away option. Rest assured, we've got your culinary needs covered, ensuring you leave with a delicious meal to fuel your journey.

Village - Your home away from home.
"Village" is what we sometimes call our resorts because they're so private, safe, and intimate - and also due to the sense of community and family among our guests.
Chief of Village - The Orchestrator
Is the resort manager who oversees the on-site team and day-to-day affairs of the resort. You will sometimes also hear G.O.'s refer to them as "Chef de Village".
Great Members - a.k.a "G.M."
The term "G.M." is loosely translated from the original French as "Gracious Members" but we more commonly use the term "Great Members" to refer to our amazing guests.
Gracious Organizers - a.k.a "G.O."
This is what we call our on-site resort staff, who are considered the heart and soul of the Club Med experience. They will keep you entertained with exciting programs, activities, and events.
Crazy Signs - Get ready to dance!
Crazy signs are our choreographed dance numbers that are easy to learn and fun for everyone. They're a unique part of Club Med's festive spirit that you may participate in. Just ask a G.O. to teach you!
