The hospitality of the G.O.s at Club Med Bintan is simply the best we have ever experienced.

• Our children went to the Kids Club every day, and now that we're home they still ask to go back — not because of the facilities, but because the G.O.s made it so much fun. Our youngest completely adored Moe from the Mini Club and spent the whole holiday looking for her. Ploy and Omen joined us at dinner, and they didn't just make conversation — they helped the children with their meals, then took them along to the evening Kids Club so that we could enjoy the most relaxed dinner we've had in years. (Sleepy Valentino was another big favourite of our son!)
• We joined plenty of activities ourselves, and every G.O. was excellent. A special mention to Byan, the tennis coach — his lessons were properly demanding, but so funny along the way that we couldn't wait to come back the next day.
• What amazed us most is that these same G.O.s work all day and then perform in the evening shows. We still don't know when they find the time to rehearse. The Hit show in particular was a highlight for adults and children alike.
• Above all, this resort is genuinely child-friendly. Every G.O. we met put our children — and us — first. The kids tried so many things through the club and were clearly looked after with real warmth by the whole team along the way. (Our son wasn't old enough for the climbing wall, but he adored James anyway.)

The food is of course delicious, and the range of sports means you never get bored — squash, aerial yoga, boccia, snorkelling and plenty more.
We also joined the special firefly tour: seeing the trees light up like Christmas trees was magical, and one of the memories we'll keep the longest.

Some of the facilities may show their age, but every single experience we had more than made up for it. We can't wait to return.

Had 2 massages with Widy during stay. Both were very good. She is extremely polite and courteous, and concentrated on the areas that really needed it.
The spa itself is lovely, nestled in the forest next to the shore.

Everyone was so warm, friendly, attentive and patient with her. Adrielle had so much fun joining the activities and was always excited to go back to the Mini Club. As parents, it gave us great peace of mind knowing that she was in such good hands.

We really appreciate how the team made Adrielle feel welcomed, comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. Their energy and genuine care for the children really stood out.

Our family had such an amazing experience at Club Med, especially with the kids! Everyone was incredibly welcoming, kind, and wonderful with our girls, making our stay truly special and memorable.

A huge thank you to Silver, Sara, Ovi, Jamal, and Alicia for being absolutely fantastic with the kids. They were so patient, encouraging and caring and they made the girls feel comfortable and confident from the very beginning. The trapeze experience was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The girls absolutely loved it. They were smiling, laughing, and so excited every time they got to do it and we had to be there early.

The shows and entertainment were also incredible. Every performance was so energetic and entertaining. You could really see the passion and talent that every performer put into the shows. The music, dancing, costumes, acrobatics, and overall atmosphere were fantastic, and there was always something exciting to watch. Our girls especially loved seeing the performers and were completely amazed by the talent on stage.

We really appreciated how much effort every performer and member of the entertainment team put into making each show special. They kept both the children and adults entertained, and the quality of the performances was far beyond what we expected.

A special thank you again to Silver, Sara, Ovi, Jamal, and Alicia for making our girls feel so welcome and for creating such wonderful memories for them. Their kindness and energy made such a difference.

We would absolutely recommend this resort to families with children. The trapeze, amazing shows, talented performers, and wonderful staff and food made our stay unforgettable. The girls loved every minute of it and are already talking about coming back! ❤️

It was a one of a kind experience that me and my family enjoyed thoroughly. The experience was made extra special by the hospitality and love from GOs Mimi, Jay, Noh and Dani.
