We had a truly wonderful stay at Club Med Pragelato and would like to thank the entire staff for their professionalism and kindness.

A special thank you goes to the restaurant team, especially to Calogero, restaurant assistant, who was always attentive, kind, and helpful. His excellent service made every meal even more enjoyable.

We also received excellent service at the spa, where Melissa stood out for her professionalism, warm welcome, and care for the guests.

The reception was outstanding thanks to Martina, who was always smiling, courteous, and ready to assist us with great kindness.

The bar service was also very good, always efficient and welcoming.

Finally, a very special thank you to Hugo, the village manager, who was always perfect in his role: present, professional, and able to create a warm and engaging atmosphere.

We highly recommend Club Med Pragelato to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-organized holiday made even more special by an exceptional staff.

Great week skiing in Italy. Loved the apes ski at the resort.
