Summer 2026 Timetable - New Chitose Airport from/to Kiroro

Please note that the collective transfer schedules do not cover all the flights.
To prevent a long waiting time upon arrival or departure, we highly recommend guests to book private transfer in Chitose airport by calling our contact center.

Club Med shared counter located between arrival gates 4 and 5, level 1F (JAL arrival area)

Upon arrival, head to registration location above. We ask our guests to meet up again at the registration desk 15 minutes before departure time.
*Luggage cloak is not available at the registration desk.

Please note that waiting time for your transfer from the airport to the resort may be up to 120 minutes.

Please note that the location of Club Med Kiroro Grand rooms varies, some room types may not be at the same floor or next to each other, assignment of rooms is subject to availability during your stay.

• Superior rooms will not be next to any other room category including Family superior rooms & Junior Family superior rooms.
• All other room categories and types (Deluxe and Suite) are located on different floors, and are not located next to each other.
