Great family holiday - incredible snow

Just finished a week long family holiday. We had 3 beginner skiers and 1 advanced snowboarder and we all had a great time - appropriate lessons and courses for all levels. Even someone to help the less experienced get booted up each day in the locker area. Ebbe and Kieran were both great ski instructors and we learnt a lot from them.

Hotel itself was clean, modern and well equipped. Big comfy bed for parents and 2 kids each had their own sofa bed.

Had our first onsen experience which was confronting but very relaxing after a day of skiing. Others in the family went to stretch classes and yoga.

Food was fabulous. Heaps of choice and a great quality. Angel, one of the Chefs was very helpful as we had a couple of food allergies.

Shows each night were good fun and plenty of chances for the kids to get involved. Other activities for the kids were a daily table tennis tournament, bracelet making, darts, and a big swimming pool.

I had one afternoon off skiing and went on a snow hike with Bruno which was picturesque and enjoyable.

Snow was incredible!!!

All in all we had a fun week and there is very little to fault about this place if you want an easy, all inclusive family holiday.

Transfer from/to the resort is included in your flight & stay package.
If you were to book your flights separately, we can also arrange your transfers (at extra cost).

Summer 2026 Timetable - New Chitose Airport from/to Kiroro

Club Med shared counter located between arrival gates 4 and 5, level 1F (JAL arrival area)

Upon arrival, head to registration location above. We ask our guests to meet up again at the registration desk 15 minutes before departure time.
*Luggage cloak is not available at the registration desk.

Please note that waiting time for your transfer from the airport to the resort may be up to 120 minutes.

Please note that the location of Club Med Kiroro Grand rooms varies, some room types may not be at the same floor or next to each other, assignment of rooms is subject to availability during your stay.

Superior rooms will not be next to any other room category including Family superior rooms & Junior Family superior rooms.
All other room categories and types (Deluxe and Suite) are located on different floors, and are not located next to each other.
