Access & transfers
Transfer to the resort is included in your flight & stay package and takes approximately 2 hours from New Chitose Airport and 1 hour 25 minutes from Obihiro Airport.
If you were to book your flights separately, we can also arrange your transfers (at extra cost).

Transfers from/to JR Tomamu station (Free)
Free transfer service is available for all guests.
The collective transfer schedules cover the trains from/to Sapporo/New-chitose.
Our driver holding a Club Med sign will greet all customers upon arrival at the station exist.

*The collective transfer schedules do not cover the trains from Obihiro.
*The last departure transfer to the Tomamu station is for train Ozora 8 (departure at 16:24).
*As there are no station attendants at Tomamu station, please make sure to purchase return tickets in advance.
*There are no elevators or escalators at the station. For customers with large luggage, we recommend using home delivery services provided by Club Med.

It takes about 3 minutes by free shuttle bus between "Kiroro Grand" and "Kiroro Peak"

Meeting point
Club Med shared counter located between arrival gates 4 and 5, level 1F (JAL arrival area)
Upon arrival, head to registration location above. We ask our guests to meet up again at the registration desk 15 minutes before departure time.
*Luggage cloak is not available at the registration desk.
Please note that waiting time for your transfer from the airport to the resort may be up to 120 minutes.
Tokachi Obihiro airport
Meet our Club Med representative at the Club Med counter located on arrival floor, level 1F. Our Club Med representative will assist you to your transfer.
