Punta Cana Dominican Republic

From the moment we got there, we were instantly treated liked old friends! Everyone we encountered was so welcoming and genuinely happy to see us. The set up of our room was absolutely perfect when traveling with teens, they have their own separate space with 2 twin beds! The walk in closet was huge and gave us plenty of room for our bags and it was nice not having them cluttering up our room.

The food is excellent, I am a pescatarian and it was always easy to find plenty to eat...and drink! Nikolas, Edgar and their team made sure of that!! I loved getting an iced coffee from Mabel and Rico each morning, and Maria, Ibo, Jean Baptiste and Omega were always ready for me with a smile! I loved getting the fruit punch, sangria blanco, and pina coladas most! I wish I could remember all of the names as the service here is excellent! On our last day, we even got to eat lunch with two of the GOs, it was so fun getting to chat with Hugo and Janko, they are so friendly and such great dancers!

My family loved all of the activities that are offered, there are so many we didn't even come close to doing them all! I attended several yoga classes with Sophie and she is amazing, her classes are so relaxing and inspiring with a little workout snuck in. There are so many fitness classes to choose from, the teacher Melanie is so motivating, she has such incredible energy and is such a great dancer!

We also enjoyed kayaking, snorkeling, sailing, tennis, ping pong, archery, basketball and trapeze! AND still found plenty of time to relax at the beach and pool! The beach is pristine here and the water is crystal clear! My teens found it so easy to make friends and enjoyed getting to hang out and enjoy the night time festivities! They are already asking me to come back next year!!

This was our first Club Med experience and we absolutely loved it, just wish we would have waiting so long to try it as I hear their programs for younger kids is exceptional and everyone (kids and staff) looked to be having a great time every time we saw them!

The resort was fabulous.  The rooms were nice. The food was the best I've had at any all- inclusive resort.  The kids club was amazing with really patient, well-spoken and kind staff.  The sports facilities were endless and offered tons of opportunity to enjoy.  

Only having 1000 guests out of a normal complement of 2000 meant the facilities were empty.  

The construction of the main building was present but not intrusive on us.  I'm curious what it is like in full swing.  

The language preference of staff was subtly French but never a problem for English speakers.  Friends said Miches playa club med was much more French.  

If looking for criticism, the golf facilities were a little rough and the rooms were a little tired but those certainly weren't a problem for us.  

We would go back in a second!   A wonderful vacation at a lovely place. 

It’s our second time at club med Punta Cana and my second time at the teens club, and everytime it’s amazing.
They always make us socialize, and teach us new things. I would 100% recommend it to every teens

The Club Med Punta Cana is a perfect place to spend the holidays with family and friends. Starting from food, beverage and snacks, with chef Antonio (both a great chef and and a great person that knows how to take care of customers) they excel and beat competitors. Very good also the activities selection (tennis, pickleball, archery, sailing, beach volley, soccer, circus, etc), the only improvement area is the two dominican tennis instructors (too tough with customers and often grumpy) but there's an easy solution, always choose Julien ( a young french guy) that is professional and kind. Our 3yo son enjoyed very much the petit club that is open from 8:30 to 17:30 and they propose a lot of activities (Kudos to Arielle and Winnie for talking good care of him).

I recently stayed a club med punta Cana. And it was an amazing experience. I am a very active persons and I founded that this resort has everything I needed.
They had multiple sport classes a day! From aqua classes to yoga classes stretching, they also had private lessons.
The resort is absolutely beautiful, the water is clear and the new infrastructure are really well put.

I wanted to say a special thank you to Faye, who was here with us all the time, she as an amazing energy and always give her 100% .
I also wanted to thank Florian, who also spend a lot of time with us even tho he was off.
