Club Med shared counter located between arrival gates 4 and 5, level 1F (JAL arrival area)

Upon arrival, head to registration location above. We ask our guests to meet up again at the registration desk 15 minutes before departure time.
*Luggage cloak is not available at the registration desk.

Please note that waiting time for your transfer from the airport to the resort may be up to 120 minutes.

Kiroro Snow World
The dynamic and vast course of Kiroro Ski area is spread over the two mountains of Asari and Nagamine and can be enjoyed by people of all levels. Explore this dynamic domain and ride Japan’s renowned powdery slopes.

*From April 7 to May 6 2025, please take note of the reduced mountain operation and slopes. The operation of the mountain and ski lifts are dependent on the mountain operator and weather conditions. Club Med does not operate the ski lifts and gondolas. You may check here for latest ski lifts openings.

Ski lift passes
Ski lift passes are included for all Club Med snow resort stays. Guests with an air package (flights and stays booked with Club Med) and resort arrival before 2pm, lift passes will be included from arrival※ to departure. All other guests (stay with transfer to resort or stay only), lift passes will be included the day after arrival.
※Valid for arrivals before 2pm

Please note that the location of Club Med Kiroro Grand rooms varies, some room types may not be at the same floor or next to each other, assignment of rooms is subject to availability during your stay.

• Superior rooms will not be next to any other room category including Family superior rooms & Junior Family superior rooms.
• All other room categories and types (Deluxe and Suite) are located on different floors, and are not located next to each other.
