The experience is amazing each and every time, and the service is above any expectations. I am especially grateful to the F&B team, Mahen, Vichy, Carlos, for the excellent service, professionalism and such a positive, welcoming attitude. Thank you for the incredible hospitality and care we received during our stay. As regular guest, we always look forward to coming back, and this trip was even more special because it was the first time for our friends. Thanks to your amazing team, they had an unforgettable experience, and we couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to Club Med Tomamu.
A special thank you to Mahen, Vinchy, Toddy, Nathan, Dophin, and many more for your exceptional hospitality. You accommodated our last-minute changes to celebrate Evan and Hank birthday. Your kindness and attentiveness made our stay comfortable and memorable.
I also want to extend my gratitude to Rory for being an outstanding ski instructor. His patience (helping and guiding everyone in the team), expertise, and enthusiasm made our skiing experience both enjoyable and enriching. His guidance truly helped us build confidence in the slopes.
A heartfelt thank you to Jessie, Miku, Lucas, Toxmas, and Flo, as well as the entire Mini Club team, for taking such wonderful care of Evan and Leia. They had an amazing time learning skiing tips and enjoying their time out on the slopes and indoors. The facilities are wonderful, the ski slopes were perfect in March and the whole experience left us wanting more. A real unexpected highlight was the quality of food on offer at the daily buffets, with there being excellent food for everyone in the family.

5/5 • 3/17/2025After a good time Club Med Sahoro last year we decided to visit Tomamu this year. It didn’t fail to meet our expectations of club med and its standards. From welcome service to room cleanliness, food services, entertainment and most importantly fun and vibrant team of GOs that made our holiday stay most entertaining and unforgettable.
We had amazing days of ski lessons and nights of drinks with our GO Managers and team each day!

Tomamu Ski Mountains
Neighboring to untouched nature, Tomamu is best known for it's silky snow that surpasses powder. The slopes that are located front of the resort provides a wide range of 29 courses for all levels of skiers and snowboarders. In addition to our activities and easy access to various facilities, Tomamu is the destination to enjoy the most out of beautiful Hokkaido winters.

Ski lift passes
Ski lift passes are included for all Club Med snow resort stays. Guests with an air package (flights and stays booked with Club Med) and resort arrival before 2pm, lift passes will be included from arrival※ to departure. All other guests (stay with transfer to resort or stay only), lift passes will be included the day after arrival.
