Thanks to the millions of reviews left on Tripadvisor, each year our resorts rank among the top all-inclusive hotels in the world. Club Med Tomamu in Hokkaido has once again secured the No. 1 spot for the top hotels in Japan, following last year's achievement, and two other resorts in Japan are also ranked in the top 10.
Below is a list of resorts recently awarded with the TripAdvisor Travelers' Choice Best of Best Award 2024, the highest honor Tripadvisor bestows.

No.1 - Club Med Tomamu Hokkaido
"This was the second visit in ClubMed Tomamu for us, but it was the best vacation ever. The time spent with the staff, called G.O. and G.E., was amazing. All of the staff were very friendly. Especially, the tennis lessons by JAKA, who had just arrived in Japan, were excellent. Our whole family including the kids enjoyed them. He kindly also joined in our dinner with a great time. Lunch with KOICHI and WAYYI was also wonderful. It was an excellent opportunity to learn more about how ClubMed is unique and different from other accommodations in terms of hosting guests. ISHA warmed our hearts by learning about our family and always taking care of us.
All of the food was top-notch. Especially, the crab and Tokachi-beef steaks were so high quality and super delicious. I still cannot believe that these are "all-inclusive".
We will definitely return here. I highly recommend this accommodation for everyone."

No.5 - Club Med Kabira Ishigaki
"The resort is an excellent value for families, especially, because of their Mini Club services. Kids can check into Mini Club and have a full day of fun activities (swimming, archery, trapeze, LUNCH, snacks, and dancing) while parents can relax and enjoy the rest of the resort. The experience is carefully planned and you will be able to set your worries to rest about payment and filling in itineraries. The resort is getting up there in age so you may notice the hotel room facilities feel a little dated, but all communal facilities are well-maintained. "

No.6 - Club Med Sahoro Hokkaido
"Fantastic ski resort for the family! A typical Club Med experience with activities scheduled for the whole day. Not to mention the unlimited booze, day and night.
Group ski lessons are included as well and the instructors were very professional, well trained and patient. Lessons were very fun and instructors were humorous! A big shout out to Jardin! You are awesome!
The Guest Officers definitely made the difference. They encouraged us to take part in activities, dance with us, dine with us and made sure we are not left alone. Special shout out to Stefan and Yoli! Not only u made us feel welcome, but we became friends!
Overall, a great and unforgettable vacation!"

No. 3 - Club Med Bali, Indonesia
"We had a wonderful time and experience at Club Med Bali. Delicious food and drink all day. A relaxing and comfortable Zen pool to chill out at. An extensive variety of activities to do in a luxurious setting. Great facilities, including our room. Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff to make us and our holiday feel special. We loved our time at Club Med Bali and will definitely return."

No. 4 - Club Med Bintan, Indonesia
"We had an absolutely lovely time while staying at Club Med Bintan. The GO's were great and their interaction with the guests were perfect. I have to specially call out Sam and the food and beverage team, they made everything look easy and it was a joy experiencing the beach dinner. Also a shout-out to Richard and Moshe from the sports team, my husband played golf during this trip with Richard and it was one of the highlights for him experiencing the most beautiful golf courses. We had the privilege to be present while the team did one of their Turtle Releases - OMW it was unbelievable to see these little creatures running down the bank and into the sea - something I will always remember - I think its amazing how the Club Med team gets involved in their environment and everything they do for conservation - well done! A big thank you to all the staff for outstanding service. Will highly recommend this resort :)"
