I had two goals on this family ski trip…overcome my fears after not skiing for 8 years and to ski with my family. I was fortunate to take two group lessons from my angel ski instructor named Ariel. I have never had a ski instructor that was so skilled, focused on safety, compassionate and able to provide individual instruction even in our group lessons!

She took the time to learn our goals, find out if we were visual or technical learners and she delivered us safely back to base each day even though we had a larger group. She gave me back a dose of confidence and on day 3 I skied with my family!
When I was out on the slopes with my loved ones, I saw Ariel running in the snow in an “S” shape with only her boots on with hands waving like a butterfly! My first thought was she was doing a private lesson for a struggling and scared skier. Then I glanced a bit to my right and I saw her group of students lined up in the safety formation she taught us. Even though I was not a part of her lesson, she called out my name and was excited to see me meeting my goal and skiing with my family.

I cant’ thank Ariel enough for her passion and dedication to make each moment in the lesson count. Club Med Québec-Charlevoix is SO lucky to have her!

We took our kids and grandkids to club Med Charlevoix. It was fantastic. Cannot say enough about this place. Everything was perfect. Amazing food , skiing…. Everything you can ask for. Great staff!! Very clean, beautiful rooms. First class all the way

Awesome resort, everyone is super friendly, it’s perfect for family or for taking time off in nature combined with some high-end modern facilities. Amazing views, amazing food, all free all day everyday. The circus team and evening shows give the best performance ever, they are incredibly talented, and they are sooo nice!!

Overall, it's a good place to stay, considering that it's only three years old (at the time of this review), if you ski or snowboard, the ergonomics and logistics of this place work well. The resort is built right on the mountain slope which makes it easy to get to the gondola, if you want to get as much skiing/snowboarding as possible, you have to be ready and hit the slopes at 8 AM as the mountain closes at 3:15 PM. The club does a good job providing an assortment of different food options. I have enjoyed their spa with the jacuzzi being outside in the open air. The rooms are comfortable and clean with everything a person may need.

Hanna from bar was easy to talk to, down to earth, beautiful and positive energy, and made the best expresso martini drinks.

My daughter loved Noemi because she made her experience at passworld fun and creative.

Patrick was an amazing photographer. He is highly skilled, friendly, and patient with young children. We truly enjoyed having him as our photographer for family snowboarding photos.

Eli was an amazing snowboard instructor. He was patient, highly skilled, knowledgeable, great teacher and fun to be around.

Hanna, Noemi, Patrick and Eli were amazing and allowed our experience at Club Med to be an unforgettable experience. We cannot wait for our next trip to Club Med resorts.
