Excellent location and staff, service is awesome and always on with smiles and check ins for service.
Food options and drink, entertainment was at par and staff was innovative about making people comfortable.

Wonderful way to start our summer vacation. Much hiking with panoramic views but also power walk, yoga and forest survival courses. Food and bar service were excellent and the evening shows very entertaining. Thank you to the 2 yoga GO’s Gaby and Zena who were absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable. Also, the two reception GO’s Karole Anne and Vilmer who put in much effort rectifying a misunderstanding from the telephone booking for our room. We very much appreciated their willingness, helpfulness and success in finding us a solution. The new chef du village was regularly visible, very friendly and made everyone feel welcomed. Great job. Special mention to Eduardo in the main restaurant who cooked the best fish (ombre d’Artique) I ever tasted. The gnocchi was also perfectly cooked and the asparagus was the perfect crispness.

Meant to write this review when we left there Aug. 29th, but life with the kids got so busy!
So where to start with this amazing resort. This is our family’s 4th time here at Charlevoix! We loved it so much and are planning to go back next summer. There is a lot to do for the adults, e.g., yoga, fitness classes, nutrition class (made our own protein energy balls!) and you can feel happy your kids are keeping active (e.g., hiking, participating in shows) and you get to see them throughout the day :) while enjoying yourselves!
The breakfast, lunch,and dinner was all delicious!! You can tell the chefs know what they are doing! Fresh and tasty.
There are vegetarian and vegan options. Yummy food is happening (e.g., snack stations) throughout the day so you never go hungry.
We miss getting cappuccinos and other drinks from the machines and from the bar 😅
The room was cozy and we had the kids have a separate room, which was nice.
All of the staff members were welcoming and friendly!
This resort is kept clean everywhere
you go.

I don’t remember their names but these 2 kind and patient staff members, helped me go on the circus scarves on my last day on this resort, along with helping the boys each day have a fun circus time on the trapeze and cube :) (see pic!)

Each day had activities from morning into the night with such energy and we could see that we were part of a huge family (staff
and guests) during our stay!
