Punta Cana Exclusive Space Dominican Republic

I have best week ever ay tris beautiful resort big thanks to florian best ten club GO he make the week 10 time better

I didn't realize that low season meant so few guests, but the GOs were WONDERFUL making me feel less alone. Particularly Gabriel Fontaine, Yves Junior, Dany (excursions). I loved watching the Circus, and the pools are to die for. Took me 3 days to decide which pool was my fav. Great restaurants with interesting, delicious cuisine each night. Restaurant staff were so friendly, remembered what I liked!

We booked a room at Zen Oasis for 5 nights. It was my wife’s birthday and we had a great time. Our concierge Yves Junior was very helpful and professional taking care of our every need. On my wife’s birthday our room was beautifully decorated and we had a wonderful dinner at the Indigo restaurant with à la carte service, including a bottle of champagne and a delicious cake. We would like to say thanks to Melanie and White (Yoga/pilates instructor) as well as Santos (diving team) and all the wonderful staff at Punta Cana. We will be back for sure.

This is our fourth time and our family loves it. This time we didn't find the food as good and didn't love the new restaurant layout since the renovation but that didn't stop us from having a great time.

Some staff really stood out this year for making us feel welcome and cared for:

Matthew from the volleyball, Amira and Hector at La Cave, Mélanie and Luka from Yoga. A special thanks to Frankels and the whole circus crew who took my son under their wing and got him doing some amazing tricks, and to Viviana from the Hispaniola restaurant who greeted us every morning with a smile and a hot cup of coffee.

It is always a great experience but we pay for that premium and at times felt the resort was trying to upsell us for extras more than in previous years (but not any of the amazing GOs we've mentioned here).

Always an incredible vacation and we'll be back for sure.

I’m like a kid—I just want to play tennis 🎾😂 But I had a great experience, and Javier and Ramon made it even better. 🔥🔥
