A menu designed by Chef Jozef himself tells of a story as each dish is carefully crafted with visual elements to bring out the flavours. To complete the story, specially selected pieces by Tze will further elevate the guests’ experience and delight senses. Jozef is the creative force behind Kitchen Theory’s experimental dining events and corporate senseplorations. The multi-sensory experiences are an extension of his research into the fascinating world of Sensory Gastronomy, for which, research is carried out in collaboration with Charles Spence of Oxford University’s Crossmodal Department.

Jozef worked in London’s most highly acclaimed Michelin star restaurants such as The Fat Duck and 5 star hotels including Helene Darroze at the Connaught, The Dorchester Hotel.

TZE TOH, COMPOSER-PIANIST

Composer-pianist, Tze has worked on a diverse array of productions, creating music for full-length feature films, animation, documentaries, contemporary dance, Asian / world fusion albums, and experimental projects/conceptual works. His music has been performed internationally incl. Brazil, France, Spain, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Japan.

He has written music for Cartier, Toyota, Porsche, Discovery Channel, film maker Royston Tan, Yamaha/Bosendorfer, Club Vivre and Singapore International Foundation.

An exceptionally versatile pianist, Tze Toh was described by The Straits Times as “an extraordinary musician whose idiom straddles comfortably between genres of classical, jazz, world and film music" and "possesses an original voice”.
